Client's Review

Yashwant Sharma

Director, HIDA Shimla

Alogtics did an amazing job developing our website i.e. Himalayan Institute of Digital Arts (HIDA). The whole team was skilled and professional. They created a good user friendly interface that shows off all our courses and helps students to find the information about our curriculums. They also developed an admin portal, which is very helpful for keeping our website up to date.
I really appreciate their attention to every little detail of the website, on time delivery, and continuous support. I highly recommend Algotics to anyone looking for a great and dynamic website.

Client's Pain Points

  • Considerably slow loading times.
  • Poorly Optimised for SEO.
  • No direct control over the content of the website.
  • Lots of missing sections and functionalities that client wanted.

Our Solution

Considerably slow loading times

  • The website was designed in Wordpress using a plugin called Elementor. Although the website was visually appealing, heavy themes and images slowed down the website considerably causing hefty load times
  • We built the website from scratch by coding it ourselves and making the website smoother, faster and far more efficient. The loading times decreased from 4.6 seconds to 0.7 seconds, which is an impactful improvement.

Poorly Optimised for SEO

  • The website was made without any thought put into the design in terms of Search Engine Optimization. We ensured that proper meta tags were used, relevant keywords in the texts, using headlines and other technical stuff that gets the website going 0 to 100 in SEO.

No direct control over the content of the website

  • The administrator of the website had no direct access to the website and if there were any updates to be made to the site, such as to the news and events section, the developer had to be informed so that he could make the relevant changes.
  • We made an admin dashboard for the administrator from where he could modify all the dynamic content of the website such as course content, news and events, blogs and student portfolio.

Lots of missing sections and functinalities that client wanted

  • News and event sections, ability to add a student's portfolio, blogs and much more.
